HerNet TV aids the dynamic community of women & shares their stories with the world. The network will also give women an opportunity to be heard on issues that may not necessarily be shed light in mainstream media as HerNet’s goal is to break away from the one-dimensional representation of women by creating such documentary, factual entertainment, educational & informational reality program for female audiences.

Injustice on women is prevalent through class, race, gender, and region, and HerNet will emphasize the relationships between the multiple varying classifications. All the oppression and privileges in the society overlap and reinforce each other.

HerNet will become a force of real-life communities that help achieve certain things within a social justice and community aspect. While the history of women entrepreneurial content in Bangladesh is short but in 2019 it is only growing day by day, it would be interesting to see the ‘legacy’ of strong, and educated women being carried forward from one generation to another. One of HerNet’s primary goal is to celebrate and acknowledge women from all walks of life.

Ultimately, HerNet is not just a mere representation of modern-day female-oriented culture, but it aims to become a platform for a progressive and like-minded group of people united regarding a growing and inspiring change in society as a whole.
